PTi was founded on the belief that there was a need in the Industrial Coating Industry & Abrasive Blasting here in the State of Qatar for a fresh modern precious blasting and painting contractor having both experience and knowledge in the preparation and application of industrial coatings.
Furthermore, PTi has been established in 2009 as part of Petrofac Qatar W.L.L. Who has been actively involved in development of Qatar for more than 15 years. Working in the field of Oil & Gas, Construction and infrastructure industries. An ISO 9001 2008, ISO 14001 2004 and OHSAS 18001 2007 standard company. PTi became a major player major player in the field of anti-corrosive protective coating work with our well experienced work force in oil and gas industry. PTi is fully operational with RLIC and currently working directly for Qatargas Operating Company on their RLTO coating program with skilled personnel, supervisors and Engineers on site.
Grit and Sand Blasting
PTi has cutting edge technology and an integrated blasting facility in Qatar. For shot, grit and sand blasting works of all types. We undertake such works at our client’s yard or in our own facility in the New Industrial Area. Best practices with regards to Quality and Safety, as per international norms or as required by our clients in the oil and gas industry, are properly maintained by PTi .
Painting and Coating works
PTi also has all the required spray painting and coating application equipment to ensure conformance to customer specifications in a safe and timely manner maintaining high quality at all times. Our paint booth is able to accommodate various shapes, sizes and configurations to suit the needs of our customers. We are capable of adhering to the most stringent international coating specifications using application methods ranging from conventional to airless spray. Our well trained painters have the ability to apply high Build 2 Pack Epoxy systems. In addition to the multiple coat systems and have all been tested by numerous Painting Manufacturers in the application of various coatings in accordance with COSSH and EPA regulations.
